Eighth Bastion Fort Kochi - A CGH Earth Experience

Traveling solo can sometimes feel a bit daunting, but my stay at [Hotel Name] couldn’t have been more comforting. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine care. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and considerate, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and consistently well-kept throughout my stay. Every detail—from the hospitality to the atmosphere—made me feel safe, seen, and at ease. A truly lovely experience for any traveler, especially those venturing on their own

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, offering a serene environment for guests. CGH prioritizes sustainability, aiming to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds ensuring a restful stay. The breakfast selection is both diverse and offers great value for money. Additionally, all major tourist attractions in Fort Kochi are easily accessible from the hotel.

Can't recommend this hotel more. The staff were lovely and very helpful, room was clean and comfy. Highlight was the breakfast, made to order and everything we tried was great. Didn't try lunch or dinner but I'm sure it would also be very good. Location was walkable to everything in fort kochi, nice and relaxed area.

Eighth Bastion is a very comfortable hotel right next to the Port Kochi foreshore which is a great place for a stroll or a tuk tuk ride. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and spacious with good amenities. The staff were very professional, charming and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with a mixture of Indian and Western dishes and reasonably priced. There is a small pool, the building has character and there is a charming courtyard garden.

The rooms have good size; we liked the bathrooms that are large, cozy and well equipped. The location is perfect to take advantage of the Fort Cochin area (galleries, restaurants, Kathakali theatre). Breakfast was good. The staff is kind and welcoming.
